FESTA – Female Empowerment in Science and Technology Academia
Welcome to FESTA, which is a consortium of higher education and research institutions, concerned with changing organizations’ processes, practices, cultures and structures in order to create gender equality in Science Technology Engineering and Maths (STEM) disciplines and in the wider organization. There are seven partners in FESTA: University of Uppsala, Sweden (Coordinator); South-West University, Bulgaria, University of Southern Denmark, Denmark; RWTH Aachen University, Germany; University of Limerick, Ireland; Fondazione Bruno Kessler, Italy; and Istanbul Technical University, Turkey.
